The lounge, twin bedroom and bathroom all face to the rear and enjoy fine views of the Newlands Valley, and surrounding fells, including Catbells and Causey Pike. The lounge has a new suite and digital TV/DVD player.
The double bedroom and kitchen/diner both overlook Lake Road, enjoying fell views across the town towards Latrigg and Skiddaw and town views over the pedestrianised street below.
